Third grade starts their Chicago unit with some CrAzY Juxtaposed Cityscapes.
Third grade just began their Chicago
Unit. We will complete several lessons
during this unit. We discussed several
famous buildings and structures that make our city famous. We even looked at how other artists depict
Chicago. Our first mini project
reiterated the 21st Century Art Principle Juxtaposition. Third graders created a collage cityscape and
added something that didn’t quite belong there to it!
