Fourth grade recently begun their architecture and art history unit. They learned a lot about 19th century architecture. Our first sketchbook project involved cutting out several elements from pictures of 19th century architecture. After a nice collection, we put them together to make one super 19th century building. What a mess! But, they turned out great.
