We got our classroom back at Garfield. I missed it soooooo much! K-2nd grade helped me decorate it with some really cool flags. Every student decorated one or more to add to chain.
Grant-White students are still enjoying their big beautiful art room. I loved seeing their enthusiasm this last week when they got to come to art class for the first time this year. All students reviewed art room expectations and then got to decorate a flag. Third through fifth graders had to tell me why they loved art and write that on their flag before they decorated it.
This was one of my favorites :)
